I have worked in various media as an artist over the years including drawings, paintings, ceramic sculpture, bronze sculpture, collage/mixed media sculpture, and so forth. I considered these neon works to be essentially line drawings, in light, of the imagery that I have used over the years. My dear wife Cathy Cunningham Little collaborated with me on all these “light drawings”. She ran a neon and stained glass business at the time. I would supply her with the drawings. She fabricated the neon elements and I mounted them on steel frames with transformers.
